Espressamente Illy
As I've stated on my blog before, my SO is a coffee snob - when we vacation he needs to find good coffee, although he will resort to Starbucks if that is his only choice. He usually scopes out indie coffee houses with hipsters working as baristas, however, this appears to be something that is lacking in Las Vegas.
Then he gave Espressamente Illy a try. He likes Illy beans, and it turns out, he likes the coffee that is served up here. Yes, while staying at the Palazzo, Cafe Presse just an elevator ride away, but the 5 minute walk to Illy is worth it for him!
Other great things about this spot - the Gelato. Maple Pecan, Pistachio, Mango, name your flavor! They have a huge selection. The Gelato is good especially on a hot desert day! The crepes are also fantastic if you like that kind of thing - and they are open late! Awesome!
This is one of the benefits of staying at the Palazzo, and one of the reasons this is our favorite place to stay in Las Vegas!
