Recipe - Spicy Vietnamese Dipping Sauce (Nuoc Cham)

Spicy Vietnamese Dipping Sauce (Nuoc Cham)

Makes about 1 Cup of Sauce

  • 2 Jalapenos
  • 2 Cherry Bomb Peppers
  • 3 Limes
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1/4 Cup Fish Sauce
  • 1/8 Cup Rice Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar

Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until Garlic, Jalapenos and Cherry Bomb Peppers are finely minced.  If you do not have a food processor, you can chop the garlic and peppers first, then mix all the ingredients together.  If you are working with hot peppers it's recommended to wear rubber gloves to prevent any burns or rashes.  Serve with Vietnamese Noodle Salad and Lemongrass Pork.
